New service, new product, new market. Before you spend, you can validate a business idea with AI in an afternoon. Then take what you learn to real customers. AI is the rehearsal. The market is the real test.

AI cannot tell you if people will buy. It can help you find the objections, the weak spots and the questions to ask before you spend money.

I treat it as a rehearsal room. Practise with AI customers, then go talk to real ones.

Step 1

Write the Idea in One Paragraph

Who it is for, the problem, what you offer, the price idea and why now. If you cannot write it in a paragraph, that is your first finding.

Step 2

Build Simulated Customers

Prompt to paste
Create five realistic buyer personas for this idea: [PARAGRAPH]
Vary them by role, budget, urgency and how they buy today.
For each, write their main problem, what they use now, what would make them switch and what would stop them.

Step 3

Interview Them

Ask each persona the same questions and look for patterns.

Prompt to paste
Act as [PERSONA]. I will pitch my idea and you respond honestly as that person would. Push back where they would.
After the conversation, list your top three objections, what price would feel fair and what proof you would need.
My pitch: [PITCH]

Step 4

Turn Objections Into Real Questions

Prompt to paste
Here are the objections from five simulated customers: [PASTE]
Write 8 open questions I can ask real customers to test these objections. No leading questions. Include who I should ask and how to reach them.

Step 5

Talk to Five Real People

Ask the questions, listen and take notes. Where real answers differ from the simulation, trust the real ones.
